Hi there, I have a customer who is extremely frustrated because the Job Queue Entry status shows ‘in process’ so they need to reset the status to appears ‘ready’. They are not aware of this until the users complain that the entries are not send to their ASN. They do not want to do this as a manual function to restart, because delivery rating points are deducted for the ASN ship time being 50 minutes before the actual receipt time in the Ford system, due to the ASN ‘stuck’ in the NAV system. They only found out about this issue when they saw that there were EDI/Documents waiting and then discovered that the ASN’s were not sent.
