Deleted Orders in the Sales and Marketing Module

Hi,

We want to track Deleted Sales order and lines. I have in the Account Receivable parameters made Mark order as voided to Yes and I do see the new deleted sales order in Sales and Marketing under Voided sales order.

However when I go into Deleted orders, I do not see anything. Is there any additional configuration that needs to be enabled that I am not seeing in D365?

    Hi Chester,

    In one post, you mention you can see deleted sales order, but also that you do not see anything. Can you explain your exact problem? Probably you share a screenshot to illustrate your question?

    Thanks Andre,

    In the Sales and Marketing module, their is the following selection in Inquiries and Reports > History

    When I click on Voided sales orders, I get the sales orders and lines that have been deleted:

    However in the Deleted orders selection (underneath Voided sales orders) I get a blank page:

    Just wanted to know if there is a configuration I am missing that activated the Deleted orders function and what is the difference between Voided sales orders and Deleted orders.

    Hi Chester,

    Thanks for the explanation. There is a difference in usage of both menu items. The voided sales orders are about the orders and lines which got cancelled.

    The deleted sales order is a history of deleted sales orders using the batch job "Clean up > Delete sales orders". WIth the last option, you can clean up completely invoiced sales orders.

    To get deleted orders use AR parameters under sales setup in general tab and enable switch and suggest

    "Mark order as voided"
