Is there a problem with developing a GP Version 2013 customization using Dexterity 14.0 - for example?

Due to an issue we are having with connecting with TFS with older versions of Dexterity, we have attempted to simply use Dexterity 14.0. However, on a customization which was previously built on the correct version but has had a few changes made using Dexterity 14.0, we cannot get a good build in Dex Utils - neither using version 12.0 or 14.0.

Dex Utils 12.0 crashes on the Extract. Dex Utils 14.0 finishes, but then in the application the modified form shows NOT FOUND on both custom and changed labels.
