I seem to have "lost" the backup/restore option in the Dynamics 365 Admin Centre. Has this changed recently or is there a setting I've missed somewhere?

Thanks for the replies. I logged a ticket and Microsoft confirmed backup and restore isn't visible for people on version 9. They are working on it. As others have said there's no ETA and you can log a ticket if you need a backup or restore taking.

There is an issue with the backup & restore option on Version 9. Microsoft are still doing backups every day, however they cannot give a time of when the issue could be resolved. If a restore is required we have to request it. I am waiting to find out if I can request a backup to keep.

We are facing the same problem currently. Did you get a resolution from MS on this? We did raise a support request, waiting for response from MS.

I don't know if it is related but there is a current issue with the backup and restore feature. Below is the message in the Message Center outlining the issue.

It is because because of insufficient permission. We have faced the issue . Try to login with O365 global admin and check it will be available. This is because of your access restriction on the user roles from your AD.
