E-invoice patch release for India localization

Hello All,

Hope all doing well.

Can anyone have some idea when Microsoft will release the patch E-invoice for India localization because our all india customer need the confirmation either go for development or wait for Microsoft response.

Hi Subrat,

Our product and development team is working on the feature and expected release by mid of March'2020 unless if government is not changing effective date from APL.

As per the plan we are expecting to release the solution for both cloud (D365) & on-premise (AX2012+R3) though slights delays expected in release date.

But i would like to know on which CU of AX2012 R3 it will be available? is there any plan to release the patch for ax 2012 R2 and any lower version of CU of R3?

Hi,

I have installed hotfix for E-invoicing which is KB4578809 but i can't see

Go to Accounts receivable > Setup > eInvoices > Electronic invoices parameters (India), fill in the following parameters:

as specified https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4578809/a-country-specific-hotfix-to-support-electronic-invoice-under-gst-for.

Did i miss any thing?

Hi Ashok,

I have done a complete installation of hotfix. I can see forms, tables and classes related to e-invoice India, but frontend can't see anything.

I am currently using backend to do all the stuffs.

In the meanwhile - is there any plan from Microsoft to roll a patch that will be compatible with GSPs as well?
