    Hi,
Since there are many reasons for this error, it is difficult to locate. So, I also recommend that you open a ticket with Microsoft for more specific support.
    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Hi,
This error can be caused by many uncertain reasons, maybe you can try to check the following points:
    1. Use the Microsoft Edge browser (on supported versions of Microsoft Windows)
    2. adding your own user account (the one which you use to log in to the workflow module) as system administrator to the environment.
    3. Try to open a CMD.exe and run "rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache". For more details, you can check https://organicax.com/2016/10/19/working-with-the-workflow-editor-download-in-ax7/
    4. When running under Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) in an upgraded environment, the workflow editor may have trouble starting. If it does, make sure that the URL "https://dynamicsaxworkfloweditor/" is added to the property Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations On-premises - Workflow - Native application in the ADFS settings.
    Best Regards,
    Hana
