We are experiencing a problem with Dynamics 365 email attachments. Our Servicedesk colleagues respond to multiple emails daily. Some of the emails have attachments. Sometimes when adding an attachment to an email it appears that the attachment isn’t being added to the email, it takes a long time before anything happens. In these cases the attachment has been added to another email that was worked on earlier. This other email is still draft (has not been sent) awaiting approval. This is very annoying because it could lead to a privacy issue if it is not noticed and sent to the wrong recipient. We have also been experiencing this behavior when adding attachments to notes in the timeline.
Is this a bug? Is anyone experiencing this behavior?
hi,
try to install a different version of the dynamics CRM outlook client. Eg: version 2011/2013 UR18 perhaps.

The problem with email is not in Outlook. We are using the unified interface in Dynamics 365
