If you want to enable convert to pdf option for case then it is a CRM limitation.

But you can use Run report feature which will use SSRS report format.

    Thank you,

    Thank Leah Ju.

But can that be achieved without saving the document in the notes entity and directly download in the local computer.

We can say that SSRS reports are advance level reports which can be used  to customize the reports in micro level possible. You can add data of case as well as relates entity of case.

You can refer below article where you can see glimpse of SSRS reports

    www.crmcrate.com/.../

In fact you can generate SSRS reports for each case record or record level.

You will see Run Report option on your case form. Once you publish SSRS report you will see that report under Run Report Button.

    Thank you,

    Hi Raju,

If you don‘t want to save the document in the notes entity, you can try to useWord Online (Business) connector.

    https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/fr-fr/blog/generate-word-documents-in-your-flows/

    • Convert Word Document to PDF: Gets a PDF version of the selected file.
    • Populate a Microsoft Word template: Reads a Microsoft Word template to then fill the template fields with selected dynamic values to generate a Word document.

But it's hard to download PDF document to local computer directly.

Maybe you can send email with the completed PDF file as attachment to yourself.
