Stop Contacts Activities Rollup to related account

Hi,

I am aware that this is an out of the box functionality. Currently all the activities attached to contact record is Rolled up to its account record. This means that all the activities of both account record and related contacts are displayed in timeline of account. How can I stop this happening. I want only activities directly linked to activities to show in the Timeline of account.

Hi MaJo,

If you go to the account form and click on the timeline component you'll see the properties of the timeline control on the left side. Scroll all the way down where you will see the activity rollup type. You can set this to "None' to only show activities related to the account. Screenshot below.
