How to customize MS-CRM to add custom button after every telephone number field?

Hi Ramkisan,
CRM can be customized with new tabs, fields, sections, etc. However changes such as adding new buttons right on the form are not supported. You can add new buttons on the 'menu\button bar' by making the changes to the isv.config file.

Thanks for your reply. I need to add that button to initiate a phone call, is there any way to achieve this functionality?Can we add other controls like link, image etc?Regards,Ramkisan
The generally accepted method is to make the button on the top bar (as is officially supported) and just define which Phone Number it calls by default. I can imagine you could add a step that makes the button ask which numkber to use as well.
