Confusion when sending email to users or contacts

Hi Folks,

In our CRM some employees exist in the database as Contacts as well as Users. This can lead to confusion when sending an email to a colleague. Multiple users have erroneously selected the Contact record when typing the name of a colleague, in stead of selecting the User record. The icons for these tables are of course not the same, but the difference is small. In some cases, the email was sent to the Contact record and ended up in a private mailbox, which obviously is undesirable.

Wondering if anyone has had a similar situation and found a good workaround.
