Can I amend a Purchase requisition on behalf of my colleagues while she is away?

My company use Dynamics 365 F&O, I checked on Microsoft document that Purchase Requisition is only allowed to be amended by preparer, but if the preparer is on leave, is it possible that she should delegate to me to amend the PR (I have same permission on the system with her), otherwise the PR won't be proceed?

Or any best practice to deal with this situation? Thanks!

    Yes you can delegate or assign to another user. Please check the blog blow:

    Hi Billur, Thank you for your suggestion. I have checked that document, but it different from our situation.

    In my company, we have 3 AP clerks who enter PR for all other employee , so we utilise the setup your mentioned to achieve that, but when one AP clerk is away, other AP clerks can't help on the PR entered by the person who is on leave , so I was asking is there a way to deal with this situation.

    Any suggestion please?

    Can you please try the delegation options on the user options for that user.

    Hi Billur,

    I tried that one, but that delegate as I understand is only for work item, the PR is returned back from workflow, the workflow is finished, so it didn't work.
