Adding microsoft dynamics 365 last activity by opportunity owner

The CRM only has a /Modified by/ and /Modified /On/ column. I'd like to have a /Last Activity Date by Opportunity Owner/ and /Modified by Opportunity Owner/ to track analytics on opportunities to ensure everything is being worked correctly. How can this be done?
