Hi,

We are on-premise and are currently on version 9.1 as compared to latest version 24.8.

Is there any step by step guide on how to upgrade the version for on-premise, can we jump on to the top version or has go in sequential order to reach 24?

Hi,

As Lu mentioned, you should always apply the latest Cumulative Update (which includes updates from prev. CUs).

You can also update your organization from the Deployment Manager (right-click on the organization and click on Update).

Hi PS,

You don't need apply all the previous updates in sequence. Just apply the latest updated.

Can you please also confirm if i can apply the latest updated 0.24 or have to apply all the previous updates in sequence.
