Cancel Sequence number that token

Hi All

I reached to make Product Receipt Take Number automatically

My Problem is : when i click cancel Product receipt the number that was taken returned again

For example

Now the product receipt Number is 20

i created one product receipt for my Purchase order and take number 21

i want if i click cancel the number return to 20

is this possible??

another Question 

is that possible to create more that one product receipt in the Form of Product Receipt ?

    Hi Walid,

    If I do understand you correctly, you have automated the product receipt numbers. What is the importance to re-use the numbers? If you want to, you have to keep in mind that cancellation of a product receipt is not really deleting transactions. It is reversing it. To be able to do this, you have to create some additional business logic where the dependency would be that the number sequence will be setup as continuous. When cancelling the product receipt, you have to call the correct logic to get the unused number in the status list of the number sequence. There are examples on e.g. ledger journal lines how to return the number to this list.

    I tried to go inside the form of payment journal but i can not find the code of cancel these journals number sequence can u pass this code??

    Hi Walid,

    Most likely the code for journals is put in a class. Another example: CustTable form > Datasource CustTable > Method delete.
