Dear Community
We are trying to add items to a sales order using the edit in excel feature. We usually have 100s of items in our sales orders and this is the best way to import them quickly.
However we are getting this error in Edit in Excel. The code 000006 is our item number, but the error is suggesting the item does not exist. We have already registered the item and it appears in the item card list. There are no missing characters or otherwise.
This workflow we were performing in sandbox was working perfectly, now we are in production it has stopped.
Please can anyone assist?

Hello,
The item does exist, the standard text doesn't. You are probably trying to add an item with a standard text via Excel while the standard text does not exist. You need to add the standard text first (different table) and then add items or remove the standard text from the column in the sheet.
