UDE - cannot open xRef database, retrieve SSRS IP

I am facing a multiple error in development with UDE in Dynamics 365 F&O. I am getting this error multiple times.

1. Can not open database "SamplexRef" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for User.

2. Retrieving the SSRS server IP Address Failed - while build/deploying the reports.

3. compilation failed while build.

It would be great if someone can help me to resolve this.

Please give us some context. For instance, did the UDE stopped working at some point or you weren't unable to successfully set it up at all?

we are getting these types of error while building and synchronizing code or model, even we have settled it up in proper way.

Hi, seems 3 different errors.

The first, seems the name of references database is wrong, sure it's correct and exsists? Check on UDE configuration.

The second is against SSRS seems not relative the first one, may a extension failure or bad settings

The last is about building.

For these last two errors you can try to reset VS settings and extensions and reinstall all from scratch.
