UDE - cannot open xRef database, retrieve SSRS IP

I am facing a multiple error in development with UDE in Dynamics 365 F&O. I am getting this error multiple times.

1. Can not open database "SamplexRef" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for User.

  

2. Retrieving the SSRS server IP Address Failed - while build/deploying the reports.

   

3. compilation failed while build.




It would be great if someone can help me to resolve this.

    Please give us some context. For instance, did the UDE stopped working at some point or you weren't unable to successfully set it up at all?
