Import Error for leads

Hello Community Experts,

If i try to import leads to my sandbox I'm getting this error

This field is not valid for mapping:, . Fix this inconsistency, and then import this data map again.

    Thanks Lu i was able to import after removing create by and modified by from excel, actually because you mentioned error Log i tried to read it.

    But the job actually cancelled and data was not imported successfully and  i get this error now

    The async operation was skipped because the org is in “Disable Background Processing” mode

    Yes, please paste it here.

    Note that if there is your organization address URL in the log, don't forget to hide it.

    Also, please try my second way that use template to import.

    Hi partner,

    Please download the error log, based on which we can understand which field mapping error.

    When you import the leads, click on Review Mapping and you will see the incorrect mapping. You need to match the correct field.

    When you export the data, make sure the column names are completely correct and the data is fully compliant with the field format.

    So, I recommend that you first download the lead template, edit your data on the template, and import it into D365.

    If you want to download the lead template, go to Advanced Settings > Data Management > Templates for Data Import, select Lead and download it.
