Fields "Serial No." and "Lot No." in the Wharehouse entries page

Hello,
 
Why if we are using Item tracking by Serial numbers and Lot numbers when we open Warehouse entries page the fields Serial No. and Lot No. are empty?
 
We update the inventory using Item journals.

    You need to ensure your Item Tracking Code has the Warehouse Tracking turned on.
     
    There is a toggle for both Serial No. and Lot No. tracking.

    The answer was in front of my eyes, but I couldn't see it.
     
    I just tested your tip and now I have the fields in the warehouse entries.

    Now I have to figure out how to update the Items we already have in the inventory with Serial Number tracking, but luckily, we don't have many.
