Resource Booking Synchronization with Outlook

Hi all,

I have synchronized the work orders to outlook, by following this link " https://community.dynamics.com/enterprise/b/dynamics365enterprisecloudfronts/archive/2017/02/01/outlook-integration-with-field-service-for-dynamics-365 " But when i click on the outlook calendar work order, its not getting navigated to CRM work order and I also want to add few details to the work order which is being shown in Outlook Calendar, like to which account is the work order created etc. Is it possible?

    I believe you will need to populate the name field on the booking with more information, probably with a workflow on create of booking

    Hi Abhinaya,

    I have the same question. Our employees would like to have more informations on the outlook-appointment element of the bookable resource booking.

    Is there anyone in the community who can give us more informations about that?
