Dynamics SL 7 -- "SQL Server 2005 SP1 is required for this screen and Dynamics SL"

I'm trying to synchronize my databases, but I get the following error message, when I try to connect: "SQL Server 2005 SP1 is required for this screen and Dynamics SL", as shown in the following screen shot:

I found some discussion on this, and it appears there's some discussion on this, and there is a knowledge base article 970678 that gives a hot fix for it. Below is it's listing in the list of hot fixes for Dynamics SL 7:

But when I click on the KB article link, it says the page does not exist.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

    I installed SP4 and it includes the Hot Fix to correct this message.  SL v7 FP1; then install SL vy SP4
