Contact Quick Create Form not displaying after updating Form Set order

Issue:  I created a new Contact Quick Form to replace the out of the box form in my unmanaged development environment.  After publishing the changes the Form does not load when I choose click the New button off the main ribbon or if I attempt to create a new contact from my company record.  Below are the steps I took.  I attempted this in both the Power Apps new environment and the classic environment.

1. I created a new Contact Quick Form by making a copy of the default Contact Quick Form. (Which I believe is best practice)

2. I modified the Form and saved the changes.

3. I published the Contact table and Form changes.

4. Force refreshed my browser and opened incognito window to test changes and the old form loaded in both browsers.

5. I then changed the form Order under Form Settings for the Form Set, Quick Create Form and moved my new Form to the top.

6. Republished my changes and the form will still not appear.

Any feedback, things to try, best practices, ideas on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

    Hi BNShawn,

I think it may not be a form sorting issue, it is possible that some changes may not work for the managed forms

and I suggest you create a solution to try again.
