I am a check printer and one of my clients is wwitching to the Dynamics SL next month and wants me to have checks avalalble when the software is installed. 

Is there a format that has to be used or is it totally flexible?   If someone could email a format example, I would be very appreciative.Block out your MICR numbers on the bottom so you can rest assured that I am not trying to steal your bank account.

    Hi Doug,

    There is a standard check format (a Crystal Reports .rpt file) that installs with Dynamics SL.  Most sites will, at the very least, modify this .rpt file to include their company logo.  Some will use a fully custom .rpt file and some will use a 3rd party suite that handles check printing (and interfaces with SL).  

    Unfortunately, I don't have a way to send you a sample .rpt file via the forums and I'm unable to email it to you directly.  Perhaps another forum member will be able to assist.
