Looking for software - record the training then turn into training document

Hi All,

I'm currently using Snag it to capture screens to prepare the training documents. I want to be more efficient in this process. I'm looking for a software that does video recording then turn the video into the training documents. The reason is, when I do the video, it captures steps faster than if I were to capture screen by screen. If you know a software that can accomplish this, please recommend. Thanks so much!

Depending on what exactly you need, Task Recorder in AX could help. Check out Technet: Use Task recorder to create documents and other training material.

Hello Kim,

You can also make training videos with snag it.

I use that quite often.

Simply switch the mode here.
