Hey guys,
On one of our VM's we have gp 2013 installed as well as Lync. We have an active office 365 subscription. We have seem to run all the proper runtime installations for GP, however, the lync functionality doesn't seem to be working with GP. When I right click someones name in Lync it doesn't let me create orders, quotes etc... Inside GP I can't automatically start a lync client.
Is there something I have to configure in order to get this feature to work?

I just read in the system requirements for GP 2013 that Lync 2013 isn't supported until service pack 1 for GP 2013. Have you applied this service pack?

Did you verify that the Lync 2010 Runtime SDK is installed? If so, you might try removing it and then running the GP installer again. The installer should re-install it as a prerequisite.
