New Custom Dimension Value is only 10 digits

Hello all

I created new custom dimension and the data is coming from custom table i have to be just like customers dimension, I followed the steps in the following URL:

But the problem that it only take 10 digits from the dimension value and i need it 15 digits like the custom table i have, what i am missing?

    Hi Khiat,

    Can you check if the View has the correct EDT value and also 15 characters?  Probably the documentation from Microsoft has some additional information as well: download.microsoft.com/.../Implementing_the_Account_and_Financial_Dimensions_Framework_AX2012.pdf

    I checked, it is 15 chars.

    but when opening the view itself, it is showing 10 only

    and when selecting the same view from SQL server, it is showing 15 digits

    Now i exported the view and deleted it and import it again and it is fixed now.

    I dont know why this happened although the view synchronized successfully.
