Which content snippet can be used to customize or access the out of the box Sign-in page of power portals?

Yes sure. This is the out of the box login page of power portals with a customized footer. This customized footer is for all the pages present in the portal. Now my main concern is that I want to remove the three buttons mentioned in the below picture and only for this out of the box login page of power portals and not for all the pages. So is there any way to do that. I have already tried Account/SignIn/PageCopy it is only working for the other sections of the page and not for the footer. Kindly help.
