We have a requirement to report on who has opened the cash drawer via Store Commerce as this is important for auditing.
Is there an out of the box solution or configuration we can do to achieve this?
There is no report that specifically caters to this requirement. You can get the required data from the Store Transaction screen by adding the field "Type" to the grid and filtering "Open Drawer".
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
