Email Templates

I'm trying to create an email template from scratch. Below is a screenshot of the General Info I've completed.

Note that at the top of the page, I've got an error message that says:

Email body: Required fields must be filled in.

I've added elements to the template cannot save the changes. When I try, the elements I added to the page disappear.

    Added a text box, typed the text "body here" and was able to save the template.
