I have an issue with the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. The issue is that the Dynamics App reauthenticates whenever it's loaded, instead of storing a token or something similar in the background. The same issue is occuring when I try to load appointments in the Outlook. Can anyone know what would be the problem. Please help me out with this issue.

I am not on trial version. I tried deleting cookies and clearing cache in IE browser and reloaded the app. But still the issue remains same.
are you on trial version? if so check the subscription if it is expired. If not delete all cookies and try reloading the app.
