We're having an issue while installing D365 App for Outlook. Our Dynamics CRM environment is a 9.0 On Premise.
Once I clicked to the button "Add App for Outlook" below, the status turns to pending state then raises an error after a few minutes.
The error message below says that there's a problem with the manifest file. Actually, we've searched for this file on both backend and frontend servers but couldn't find it.
We assume that the manifest file should be in a physical location on the server to install on clients' Outlook remotely.
Does anyone have this information Re: manifest file location for Outlook App for Dynamics 365 on CRM servers?
This app can't be installed. The manifest file doesn't conform to the schema definition. The 'schemas.microsoft.com/.../1.1:AppDomain' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'schemas.microsoft.com/.../1.1:LongString' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value...
