Getting Un Authorized error read Azure Blob and IP blocking firewall setting is enabled

Hi Foks, 
 
I am working on one of task related to Azure Blob. We have enabled firewall setting like below -
 
 
If i try to get blob from client script then it is working fine however when i am trying to get blob in plugin (c#) then getting UnAuthorized error. My analysis says when i am calling azure blob api from plugin it is taking some different IP address not my ipv4 address. Can anybody please help?
