Void bank transaction not appearing in GL

Transaction entered and voided in bank transaction. It appears in the CM20400 table but the void portion isn't in the GL

No unposted transactions exists and batch recovery is empty

Any way to find out what happened with this?

I have had this occur before, I do not remember what happened to cause this but I do know we ran checklinks on the CM transaction tables and our issue was resolved.
