Unable to Have "Purchase Order Line Workflow" as default when creating new PO (message "No Workflow is defined")

Hi, We are trying to replace an existing Purchase Order Workflow with a new Purchase Order Line Workflow as default when users submit a new PO. We have

Deactivated Purchase Order Workflow
Activated Purchase Order Line Workflow

Unfortunately when you try to submit a new PO to workflow you get message "No Workflow is defined".

Any help would be very welcome

Hi Simon,

PO line workflow must be associated with PO workflow, and both PO and PO line workflow need to be active.

When creating the PO workflow, add a step that uses the PO Line approval workflow.

When PO is submitted, system will transfer to PO line workflow according to the setup of PO workflow, and you can check the PO line workflow in PO line.

check if there the PO workflow is active in the worklows under procurement and sourcing
