Since the GUI does not directly allow you to export, do the following:

    1. Create a OOB report for Posts entity.
You will not be able to add the columns 'Text' / 'Regarding'.
    2. Download the RDL and open it in your IDE.
    3. Modifications to the RDL:
      1. Edit the fetchXml in the 'Query' tag to include 'regardingobjectid' and 'text'.
      2. Include these two in the 'Fields' tag.
      3. Include these two new fields by adding them to the TableCell
    4. Create a new report using the modified RDL.

PS: The manual RDL editing can be a tricky process and may more often than not, result in a corrupted RDL.

This would be the first way to go about this.

In case this does not work, you can always create a console application that reads the posts entity and writes them into a csv file.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers!

    Yes, export the 'Posts' entity.

Remember that there are 3 kinds of Posts:

    1. User Posts: Which the users have created themselves.

    2. Auto Posts: Which the system creates on a Record creation, Qualify, etc.

    3. ActionHub Posts
