I am configuring External catalog punch out functionality in Procurement and sourcing. I have configured CDW cXML for this. The issue is, I am getting bellow error while clicking on "Transfer shopping cart" at CDW portal (Ideally it should redirect to F&O screen to allow user to include the shopping cart items in the Purchase requisition).

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Nitin.  I would consider opening a support ticket for this.  There have been some recent fixes around this area that may be relevant.  Someone on our support team should be able to identify if that could help you, or identify another possible solution.

    Hi Tylor,

I am again facing the same issue. I was trying to follow the solution steps which you suggested again on Chrome and Edge browser but unable to find those two flags. 1. SameSite by default cookies and 2. Cookies without SameSite must be secure.

Looks like this is due to browser updates. May the options might have been changed.

Can you please help me on the same again?

    Regards,

    Nitin Patel

    Hi Taylor,

    Thanks a lot!

We have tested the issue with both Chrome and Edge browser and now the issue got resolved.

For Edge browser, I have followed below steps,

    1) For a user that has this issue in Edge, go to edge://flags/.  Then disable the ‘SameSite by default cookies’ and the ‘Cookies without SameSite must be secure’.

    2) Please disable these two flags.

    3) Close all instances of Chrome.

    4) Launch new and test again.

    Thanks a lot agan!

Hello Nitin - are you using Chrome browser?  If so, can you try the following steps?

    1) For a user that has this issue in Chrome, go to chrome://flags.  Then disable the ‘SameSite by default cookies’ and the ‘Cookies without SameSite must be secure’.  These are set to enabled by default starting in v84 of Chrome.

    2) Please disable these two flags.

    3) Close all instances of Chrome.

    4) Launch new and test again.
