when I try to calculate statement in Retail , there is data but when I calculate statement nothing calculated and there is no error appear to us .

yes , and all of other stores work well . I found rpf upload file but when I create statement there is no data
Hi Adulrahman.check that the transactions are not already on another statement.sometimes happens with us that the transactions are calculated but the statement gets deleted by mistake without being cleared first. the transactions are then locked to the non-existent statement number.
I checked the Retailtransactiontable and I found that transactions have statementID that is deleted , how can I solve that ?
Hi Adulrahman,
You have to clear or remove wrong statement id from all transactions than recalculate new statement for get these transactions. This activity you have to perform from back end or SQL query.
