This question is in context of the telecom industry.
I wanted to know when generating a monthly bill for customers, can we proactively apply waivers/discounts/roaming packs based on factors like roaming status pattern, customer lifetime value, interaction history and propensity to call based on a bill change within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite? And can this intelligence be built using machine learning?
