Hello All

We use Return order (RMA) but can't find out after invoice is of which is connected to any order of sale because follow up this cycle.

Is there any report or any screen that explains this information ?

Thanks

Once you create the return order with reference of SO and Go to line details product tabepage if you are not able to find any item reference related field value which will show the link between SO and return order then you can follow below procedure also.

Once you create the return order and assign the disposition code, it will release as SO  return order and you can get now relation between returnLotID and LotID, you can trace the return order by returnLotID.

    Dear Essam,

Do you mean that reference sales order existed until you invoice updated the reference sales order or?

When you use, find sales order utility from the return order form action menu, system automatically inserts the lot id and on registering the return order line, system creates a sales order of type return order and maintains a reference to the return order which can be viewed on the return order header.

If you create the return order line manually, you need to link the lot id manually and notice that reference sales order will only be filled in once return order line is registered.

Reference sales order should remain filled in even after invoice updating the reference sales order.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards

    -Rahul
