Hello All,

I am using CRM 2011 and in that in the UserQueryBase Table, I am finding loads of duplicate entries with name as "My Outlook Contacts". Don't know from where does it gets inserted. An approx count as of now has reached over crores. Any idea on how to stop this from occuring? One more thing I would like to know what is this "My Outlook Contacts" meant for?

Thanks,

Shruti

These are the outlook filters that are used to define what each user has synced to their outlook contacts. Everytime a user is created, these queries are copied from the default filters.

So what you are seeing seems to be expected and by design.

You can use the XrmToolbox to edit these user filters. See mscrmtools.blogspot.co.uk/.../introducing-new-tool-sync-filter-manager.html

    Hope this helps,

    Scott
