Server was out of hard drive space in my case.

Restarting the services fixed the issue immediately for me as well.

I deleted the user's account within MR and re-added it. This solved the problem for us.

Have you tried rebuilding the datamart integration with GP?  I have found that when everything else fails, doing that has resolved the issue.  Here is a link with a good explanation of how to do this:

I have done the following tests:

    1.- Restart Services.

    2.- Check security.

    3.- Check Building Blocks.

    4.- Create new Reports.

Hello, management reporter is installed in aplication server, with this specifications Windows Server 2008R2; Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010; SQL Server 2008R2. I'm just running reports.

I install over the old version CU7 to perform the upgrade. during the process there were no errors of any kind, only this error when I want to run the report appears.

I've seen this message before, but in my case restarting the services fixed the issue.

The error you're seeing is referring to invalid credentials; I've seen an error with this in when there were no open periods for Open Year being reported on.Do you have at least one period open?

Can any other users run reports? Are you running on a Terminal Server?
