Scheduled reports, "Today" filter not working

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

Hi

We use the "Inventory purchase order" report to find delayed items on all purchase orders, by filtering "Expected receipt date: <Today".

I have tried setting this up as a scheduled report (Job Queue Entries), and setting "Report Request Page Options" with the "<Today" filter. However, the reports that are created the following days, only uses the date from the day the job queue was set up.

Are there any way to fix this issue?

Alternatively, are there any other ways to identify all the delayed item lines on purchase orders?

Can you try the filter with the value like: ..(TODAY-1D)

It still only keeps the date from the day the filter was set.

Three days ago, I set the filter to "..(TODAY-1D)" which is ..06.11.17. All three reports that have been generated since, have the filter Expected receipt date: ..06.11.17.

If you manually run the report with filter does it works ?

If i run it manually it works yes. However, I want to avoid having to run the report manually every day, as it takes 3-4 minutes to run. It would be much better if the job schedule worked.

    try putting filter as calcdate('-1D',Today).

    Setrange(Expected Receipt Date,0D,calcdate('-1D',Today))

Put this code on the reports OnPreReport.
