Currently, we can't create or see sub folders in the document view. We can only upload documents and have them all organized at the same level.
It's possible to create the subfolders in Sharepoini directly, but then in the CRM, we don't see the subfolders, and all documents (in the root folders or in the sub folders) are displayed all together.
Is it possible to change this to display by folder / sub folders ? Thanks ! :)

There is no way to show it as Tree view. You could submit an idea here to progress this feature:
