Hi all,
I wanted to try to copy the html code from an email I designed in another system. It looks great in Dynamics, but the designer tool disappears.
Is there a way to get it back?
Thankful for help!
Hi Filippa,
The HTML designer is usually used to fine-tune the code in ways that aren't supported by the graphical editor. If you paste in an existing HTML design, it may contain some different expressions from dragging-and-dropping directly, which may cause some of the tools in this HTML to be unrecognized.
If you do not need to modify this HTML with the graphical editor, you can create it as a content block and insert it into the Email. Add additional graphical editors to the email based on this.
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Best Regards,
Nya
Hi Nya,
Thank you for the response! It was very helpful!
Do you know if it's possible to modify the html code with the design tool? Is there something you can do to modify it like a normal email design?
Thank you,
Filippa
Hi Filippa.
The only way I can think of at the moment is to break down the HTML and see which parts are written in a way that is not recognized. Otherwise, the Email can only be adjusted by modifying the HTML directly.
