Hi,
I have to attach email body to the report that sending from ax to email.
is any way to do this if yes then kindly share with me.

Is a custom reports?
You can do this using the print settings framework.
If there a standard report you can add the body details in the forms setup in AP or AR etc..
it is base customer account statement report ,where i find setup of email body ?

Hi Ajit,
Go to AR >> Setup >> Forms >> Form Setup
Press in the Print Manager button:
Go to Destination:
Choose Email, you will see the body section.
Select the PDF format.
This is one way to do it.
Also you can add conditions in the Print management setup:
If you need to sent the report by email for a bunch of customers and print the report from others, choosing a different setup.
Try that.
