Coupon doesn't make any discount

Hi,

i setup coupons in AX call center form. Coupon is active:

Then i created sales order, added item and then added coupon.

But coupon doesn't make any effect on order totals:

what is my mistake?

Hi Yohann,

yes, i checked my setting using video - it looks like there is nothing special.

Based on video in Sales order i click "sales order recap" and i get error: A coupon charge code should be set in call center parameters before a coupon can be redeemed.

But i can't setup charge code as system always prompts me errors. Could you share your charge code settings for coupon?

It seems coupons have a little bit changed in D365FO version which I am connected so difficult to help on that.

Do you see something relevant with coupon in Retail and commerce >Channel setup>Call center setup>Call center parameters ?

Is your coupon associated with a price group ?

Is the associated price group linked to your call center ?

I didn't associate coupon with price group. I even can't see such option.

The problem here is what i can't set up Coupon charge code. It always prompts error for both Item and Ledger account posting type:
