Customize Menu bar of Queue

Hi CRM Experts,

I am just trying to customize the menu bar of queue : Kindly refer below screen shot for more information:

I just want to place "Reject Email" option before "New" Option. I am just trying to do this customize using Ribbon Workbench and which is not allowing me to do so.

Can anyone please suggest me if it is possible to customize this and if answer is yes then what are the options to achieve this?

You should be able to do this in Ribbon WorkBench. Could you expand on what you are doing in the Ribbon Workbench?

Hi Thomas,

below are the steps I followed:

1. I created one solution having the queue entity as below:

2. Then I opened Ribbon Workbench and selected the above solution.

but I am getting below message :

I am sure queue entity is in the solution.

If I am adding queue and contact entities in the solution and following the same steps then I am seeing only contact not queue entity in Ribbon workbench.

Please suggest where I am wrong or let me if you are not clear what i am doing.

It looks like the Queue Entity does not work in the Ribbon WorkBench.

-Fixed: EntityRules did not publish correctly if Context was set to null.

-Added 'queue' and 'workflow' to excluded entities
