In our environment we are running GP 2015 on a 2012 server running RDS. We publish GP as a remote app and have users access it this way. We frequently get reports of windows flickering or simply freezing temporarily from multiple users when trying to complete transactions. Some users remote into the server through Remote desktop, and those users generally don't see these issues. Prior to this setup we had an older GP on server 2008 R2 and never had issues. What might be causing this odd behavior? We run other apps as remote apps and none of them get this problem.

RDS as in Terminal Server correct? Running as it's own machine (or virtual machine) in same data center, no ping or latency issues?
Sounds a bit like a performance issue on the TS though I've never come across flickering before. How many users concurrent? did you size the TS box based on number of users?
