Hi all,

I am trying to upload SOP Invoices with service items and normal inventory items in

SOP Trx entry window using Integration Manager. Getting the following error

"Quantities for item <ItemNumber> on line <row no in Line Item Source File> are not properly distributed."

Can anyone help me in this regard.

I know that it has been almost 2 years since this came up, but I had the problem come up yesterday. It turns out that I changed the Record Source (on the Item Detail Options tab) to "use field Rules". The default was "Use Default". After i changed it, the Integration ran fine.

Hope this helps for anyone that gets this in the future------

Hi Manjunath,

please make sure the invoice quantity should be equal to the Billed quantity.
