creating custom entities in powerapps

In cds entities i have created new entities and also created few field in them.

now i am trying to use this custom entity for creating a new powerapps. but i cant see or add my newly created field in the form , once i connected to the data sources.

Even when i export my entities field to excel the field are different and i cant see my custom field in them.

how to overcome from this.

Can you clarify where you created these new entities and what the data source connection was?

Are these in the Common Data Model or in Dynamics?

created these entities in common data model.so in that custom entities i have added few field.

problem is while connecting with these entity in powerapps i cant see are use my newly added field in them.

i

(In Test custom entity i have created a new field "name")

(adding them in powerapps i cant see my custom field)

hi tom,

i think i found it.actually when create a new field with type as personname by default it create 3 types of field

like,

name_givenname

name_middlename

name_surname

i am not sure why (still looking in to it).same happen when you create a field type currency by default it create,

currency

currency_Currencycode
